In addition to counseling, I am a wife, mother of three, and a classical musician. I am passionate about helping men, women & couples. I have special interest in treating sexual trauma, OCD, and relational issues. I utilize a compassionate, empathetic and relational approach to healing. I love helping clients honor the ways in which they have resiliently and creatively adapted to trauma and other setbacks and find new ways to go forward when those adaptations no longer serve them. I look forward to helping you heal!

Prior to becoming a therapist, Rachel spent many years as an educator and transitioned due to an increasing compassion for
the holistic wellbeing of students and all people. As a therapist intern, she now supports clients of all ages as they navigate childhood, religious, and generational trauma.
Rachel's approach is humanistic, integrative, and personalized, and she uses interventions from narrative therapy, expressive art, and acceptance therapy to help clients reach their goals.
