In addition to counseling, I am a wife, mother of three, and a classical musician. I am passionate about helping men, women & couples. I have special interest in treating sexual trauma, OCD, and relational issues. I utilize a compassionate, empathetic and relational approach to healing. I love helping clients honor the ways in which they have resiliently and creatively adapted to trauma and other setbacks and find new ways to go forward when those adaptations no longer serve them. I look forward to helping you heal!

I have 5+ years of experience in providing, developing, and teaching crisis intervention services in local communities, with a strong focus on suicide prevention. Both my professional and personal experiences have shown me that healing only comes with working through our deepest and most complex traumas. I look forward to helping you through your healing journey.

Working with children, parents and families is my passion and I desire to help individuals build strong, healthy relationships. I strive to create a safe, accepting, and trustworthy space for healing. My role is to join and walk alongside you on your journey while empowering you to make steps to heal and grow. Upon request, I will incorporate Christian-based counseling in sessions.
