In her practice, Elizabeth creates a gentle and safe environment for children and teens to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Her work often includes incorporating toys and games as tools for learning and communication, making therapy an engaging and effective process. Her main populations are suicidal ideation/self-harm urges, disordered eating, school refusal, behavioral issues, crisis interventions, low self-esteem, high-conflcit divorce, and dedpression/anixety.

Elizabeth is also experienced in providing psychoeducation to families, promoting open communication, and supporting parents in building stronger relationships with their children. Her style is direct but gentle and she shows up authentically for each session. With experience in both private practice and higher level of care, Elizabeth has successfully managed a diverse caseload, including individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and behavioral/crisis interventions. Her holistic approach to treatment and her ability to adapt to the unique needs of each client has earned her a reputation for creating positive, lasting change.

Upon request, I will incorporate Christian-based counseling in sessions.
