In addition to counseling, I am a wife, mother of three, and a classical musician. I am passionate about helping men, women & couples. I have special interest in treating sexual trauma, OCD, and relational issues. I utilize a compassionate, empathetic and relational approach to healing. I love helping clients honor the ways in which they have resiliently and creatively adapted to trauma and other setbacks and find new ways to go forward when those adaptations no longer serve them.
