I am a wife, mother and complex trauma survivor. Since I began practicing in 2014, I have been passionate about creating and maintaining a safe and non-judgmental space for healing. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that is customized to fit the individual needs of the client. You are unique, the therapeutic approached used for you should be too.

In addition to counseling, I am a wife, mother of three, and a classical musician. I am passionate about helping men, women & couples. I have special interest in treating sexual trauma, OCD, and relational issues. I utilize a compassionate, empathetic and relational approach to healing. I love helping clients honor the ways in which they have resiliently and creatively adapted to trauma and other setbacks and find new ways to go forward when those adaptations no longer serve them. I look forward to helping you heal!
