WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Sessions are $175 with an LPC Supervisor, $150 with an LPC, $125 with and LPC Associate and $50- $100 with an LPC Student or Qualified Mental Health Professional

 

We do not accept insurance at this time but will complete paperwork for your insurance provider for you to receive reimbursement (check with you provider for approval).

 

Additional Information regarding fees is provided during intake or can be discussed over the phone.

WHAT DAYS ARE COUNSELORS AVAILABLE? 

Nest Counseling has counselors available six days a week. Phone calls are returned Tuesday through Friday.

Yes, please use the link on the home page to send Nest Counseling an email or call us at 817-771-9016 and we would be happy to set up an appointment to help you on your journey towards healing. 

HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS? 

Appointments are 50 minutes.

Requesting Your Records

You have the right to request access to your health care records.

To obtain a copy of your records, please submit a written request to our office via email or mail. Your request should include:

• Your full name

• Date of birth

• A description of the records you are requesting

 

We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable Texas law. Reasonable fees may apply for copying and processing records.

 

If you would like your records sent to another provider, please include their contact information along with a signed authorization for release.

Filing a Complaint

If you have a complaint regarding your health care services, you may contact the Texas Office of the Attorney General.
